Description

This Bok Choy & Mushrooms Stir Fry is a well-balanced and flavorful side dish to serve with rice. It's easy to whip up together and perfect for weeknight meals!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bok choy
  • 1 cup cremini mushrooms
  • 4 cloves of garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the bok choy in halves. Thinly slice the mushroom.
  2. Fry the minced garlic in 1 tbsp of oil for a few minutes. Then add in the mushrooms
  3. Stir fry the mushroom until soft and lightly golden, about 2 minutes. Then add in the bok choy and stir fry for a few more minutes until slightly wilted but still crunchy.
  4. Add in the soy sauce, salt and mix until well combined.
  5. Sprinkle with the optional sesame seeds.
