Description
This Bok Choy & Mushrooms Stir Fry is a well-balanced and flavorful side dish to serve with rice. It's easy to whip up together and perfect for weeknight meals!

- 1 lb. bok choy
- 1 cup cremini mushrooms
- 4 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of salt
- Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Wash and cut the bok choy in halves. Thinly slice the mushroom.
- Fry the minced garlic in 1 tbsp of oil for a few minutes. Then add in the mushrooms
- Stir fry the mushroom until soft and lightly golden, about 2 minutes. Then add in the bok choy and stir fry for a few more minutes until slightly wilted but still crunchy.
- Add in the soy sauce, salt and mix until well combined.
- Sprinkle with the optional sesame seeds.
