Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil.
  2. Blend together the mango, coconut milk and coconut condensed milk.
  3. To a baking tray lined with parchment paper, pour the melted dark chocolate. 
  4. Pour the mango puree on top and use a chopstick to make the swirly pattern. Top with desiccated coconut and set in the freezer again for 1 hour before serving.

  • 2 bars (200g) of dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 mango
  • 100ml Coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Coconut condensed milk
  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil.
  2. Blend together the mango, coconut milk and coconut condensed milk.

  3. To a baking tray lined with parchment paper, pour the melted dark chocolate.

  4. Pour the mango puree on top and use a chopstick to make the swirly pattern. Top with desiccated coconut and set in the freezer again for 1 hour before serving.
