Roasted Carrots with Tofu Spread is an easy-to-make and vibrant recipe for your holiday table. The beautiful baby carrots are seasoned with salt, pepper, and olive oil and roasted in the oven until golden brown, and served with a creamy tofu spread!

1. Wash the carrots and place them in a baking dish.
2. Marinate the carrots with olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. Then bake them in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for approx. 20 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, prepare the tofu spread. Place all the ingredients (soft tofu, tahini, lemon juice, salt, agave syrup) in a blender and blend until smooth.
5. Spread the tofu spread on the plate to be prepared, place the cooked carrots on top, and top everything with some cress.
