- 1 cup roll oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup vegan yogurt
- A handful of dark chocolate chips
Garnishes (optional):
- Strawberries
- Vegan yogurt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients (minus dark chocolate chips) to a ramekin, top with the chocolate chips and bake for 25 minutes at 180C (350F).
- Enjoy with fresh strawberries and more vegan yogurt.
