Description

These Double Chocolate Baked Oats are a delicious, easy-to-make, and healthy breakfast option! They require just a handful of ingredients and result in fudgy chocolate oats with a delightful melty chocolate twist.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup roll oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup vegan yogurt
  • A handful of dark chocolate chips

Garnishes (optional):

  • Strawberries
  • Vegan yogurt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients (minus dark chocolate chips) to a ramekin, top with the chocolate chips and bake for 25 minutes at 180C (350F). 
  2. Enjoy with fresh strawberries and more vegan yogurt.
