Description
These Oyster Mushroom Fritters make a crispy and flavorful snack or side dish, easily made in 25 minutes with only 5 ingredients.
Ingredients
- 200g oyster mushrooms
- 20g dill
- 1 chili pepper
- 30g corn starch
- 50g flour
- Salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
Dipping sauce:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- Sesame seeds
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Clean the oyster mushrooms thoroughly and shred them.

Finely chop the dill and chili pepper.

In a bowl, mix the chopped mushrooms, dill, chili pepper, corn starch, flour, salt, and pepper until well combined. Add more water if needed to help the mixture stick better.

Shape the mixture into small patties.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.

Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- Combine the ingredients to make the dipping sauce.

Serve hot with the soy-based dipping sauce or side dish.
