- 200g firm tofu
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 3 scallions (thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp lime or lemon juice
Instructions
- In a blender, blend together the tofu, salt, nutritional yeast, lime juice and 1/3 of the sliced scallions.
- Transfer to a bowl, and mix with the remaining diced scallions.
- Add the vegan tofu cream cheese to bagels, toasts or as a dip for chips.
