Description

Tofu Scallion Cream Cheese is a delicious and healthy vegan spread that combines the creaminess of tofu with the fresh flavors of scallions. Ingredients

  • 200g firm tofu
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 3 scallions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp lime or lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, blend together the tofu, salt, nutritional yeast, lime juice and 1/3 of the sliced scallions.
  2. Transfer to a bowl, and mix with the remaining diced scallions.
  3. Add the vegan tofu cream cheese to bagels, toasts or as a dip for chips.

The recipe keeps up to 4 days in the fridge.
