- 2 bars (200g) of dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 mango
- 100ml Coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Coconut condensed milk
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil.

Blend together the mango, coconut milk and coconut condensed milk.

To a baking tray lined with parchment paper, pour the melted dark chocolate.

Pour the mango puree on top and use a chopstick to make the swirly pattern. Top with desiccated coconut and set in the freezer again for 1 hour before serving.
