Description

This Mango Coconut Chocolate Bark is your newest favorite snack. It brings together the best of tropical flavors, crunchy flavors and chocolate goodness!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 bars (200g) of dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 mango
  • 100ml Coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Coconut condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Blend together the mango, coconut milk and coconut condensed milk.

  2. To a baking tray lined with parchment paper, pour the melted dark chocolate.

  3. Pour the mango puree on top and use a chopstick to make the swirly pattern. Top with desiccated coconut and set in the freezer again for 1 hour before serving.
