Strawberries

  • 1 cup strawberries, diced (reserve some for toppings)
  • 1/3 cup granulated white sugar
Matcha Oats
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 1/3 cup oat milk (or other milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
OTHER
  • Coconut or vanilla yogurt

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberries:

  1. In a bowl, combine diced strawberries with white sugar.
  2. Mix well and let it sit for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Prepare the Matcha Oats:

  1. In another bowl, combine oats, oat milk, chia seeds, matcha powder, and maple syrup. Mix thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.

Assemble the Jars:

  1. In jars or containers, start by adding a layer of the strawberries at the bottom.
  2. Add a layer of yogurt on top of the strawberries.
  3. Finally, spoon the vanilla matcha oats on top of the yogurt layer.
  4. Place the assembled jars in the fridge to soak and thicken overnight (or at least 3-4 hours).
