Ingredients
Strawberries
- 1 cup strawberries, diced (reserve some for toppings)
- ⅓ cup granulated white sugar
Matcha Oats
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 ⅓ cup oat milk (or other milk of choice)
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
OTHER
- Coconut or vanilla yogurt
Instructions
Prepare the Strawberries:
- In a bowl, combine diced strawberries with white sugar.
- Mix well and let it sit for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Prepare the Matcha Oats:
- In another bowl, combine oats, oat milk, chia seeds, matcha powder, and maple syrup. Mix thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
