Refreshing, creamy and luscious Avocado Smoothie for warmer days! This is the ultimate summer dessert in a drink form. Ready in 5 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 4 avocados
  • 400ml (1 3/4 cup) plant milk
  • 4 tbsp sweetener (vegan condensed milk works best, otherwise use maple syrup or agave nectar)
  • 10-12 ice cubes
  • Top with fresh avocado slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Open and peel the avocados, and remove the pits.
  2. In a blender, add the avocados, plant milk, sweetener, and ice cubes and blend until smooth.
  3. Top with fresh avocado slices.
