Hosted by Two Roots Vegan

Discover Vietnamese home cooking through a plant-based lens.

This is not just a cooking class. It is a cultural experience.

Before we begin cooking, you will take part in an interactive herbal activity that introduces the role of fresh herbs and aromatics in Vietnamese cuisine through scent, taste, and memory. We will also explore the benefits of plant-based eating, from how it supports the body to the environmental impact of choosing even one plant-based meal.

What You Will Learn

• How to prepare a variety of traditional Vietnamese home style dishes, fully vegan
• How to build flavor using herbs, aromatics, and simple techniques
• The foundations of Vietnamese home cooking and shared meals
• The role of plant-based eating in supporting both personal health and sustainable impact

At the end of the class, we will sit down and enjoy the meal together in a family style setting, just as it would be shared in a Vietnamese home.

You will receive recipes to take home, along with QR code video guides so you can recreate the dishes with confidence.

Who This Experience Is For

This class is for travelers, food lovers, and anyone curious about Vietnamese culture and plant-based cooking. Whether you are vegan or simply exploring, you are welcome. No prior cooking experience is needed. We guide you step by step in a warm and supportive environment.

We know our guests love being health conscious, therefore only coconut oil and fresh water are used during class to build our nutritious dishes.
