Vietnamese Avocado Smoothie (Vegan)

Refreshing, creamy, and luscious Avocado Smoothie for warmer days! This is the ultimate summer dessert in a drink. Ready in 5 minutes!

Ingredients

To make this recipe, you'll need:

  • 4 avocados
  • Plant-based milk: I recommend oat or soy milk for its neutral flavors
  • Vegan sweetener: I used vegan condensed milk by Nature's Charm, you can opt for a liquid sweetener like maple syrup.
  • Ice cubes: to help reach a thick, luscious texture of the Vietnamese Avocado Pudding

Instructions

Open the avocados, remove the pits then peel and cut the avocados into small pieces.

Blend the avocado with plant milk, vegan condensed milk, and ice cubes until smooth.

Add vegan condensed milk and ice cubes

Blend until smooth

Pour the Vietnamese Avocado Smoothie to individual glasses. Add some avocado slices to decorate.

Ingredients

  • 4 avocados
  • 400ml (1 ¾ cup) plant milk
  • 4 tbsp sweetener (vegan condensed milk works best, otherwise use maple syrup or agave nectar)
  • 10-12 ice cubes
  • Top with fresh avocado slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Open and peel the avocados, and remove the pits.
  2. In a blender, add the avocados, plant milk, sweetener, and ice cubes and blend until smooth.
  3. Top with fresh avocado slices.
