This creamy and fruity concoction has become a cultural phenomenon, evoking feelings of nostalgia and joy. In this blog post, I'll show you how to recreate this delightful treats from the comfort of your own home, using only a few ingredients.

This recipe is super easy to make, using these 4 ingredients:

  • Fresh Strawberries
  • Oat milk (or other plant-based milk of choice)
  • Sugar
  • Ice

Instructions

Chop the strawberries into cubes and mash them into strawberry puree. Reserve some strawberry cubes for garnish. Add sugar and mix well.

In a jar, add in the strawberry puree, followed by the oat milk. Chill in the fridge for 10-30 minutes so that the flavors can blend better together.

  • 8-10 fresh strawberries
  • 300 ml oat milk (or plant-based milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp sugar (omit if your strawberries are sweet enough)
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Chop the strawberries into cubes and mash them into strawberry puree. Reserve some strawberry cubes for garnish.
  2. Mix the sugar with the strawberry puree.
  3. In a jar, add in the strawberry puree, followed by the oat milk. Chill in the fridge for 10-30 minutes so that the flavors can blend better together.
  4. Serve over ice and enjoy!
