Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Jump to Recipe·Print Recipe

The best way to wake up in the morning is to have dessert for breakfast. Our Tiramisu Overnight Oats blend healthy goodness with dessert-like flavors, making a guilt-free treat. Perfect for meal prep!

2 jars of Tiramisu Overnight Oats

If I had to choose a favorite dessert, it would be Tiramisu. I love its creamy, decadent and melt-in-your-mouth texture. I have made many variations of it, including Matcha Tiramisu and Vegan Tiramisu (Soy-free, Nut-free).

What if I told you you can have tiramisu for breakfast every day and it's still a healthy dessert? The tofu in the tiramisu cream makes it high in protein! I love to make two or three portions of this Tiramisu Overnight Oats and enjoy during the week.

Are you in? Espresso-flavored oats are layered with creamy vegan tofu cream, dusted with cacao powder, making this the breakfast version of this popular Italian dessert.

  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1-2 teaspoon cacao powder (for dusting)

Instructions

Prep:

  1. Combine rolled oats, flaxseeds/chia seeds, soy milk, espresso, and maple syrup in a container or mason jar. Give the oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more milk to reach your desired consistency.

  3. Transfer the oats and tiramisu cream containers to the fridge and let sit for at least 4 hours before serving.

Serve:

  1. When ready to serve: Add the tiramisu cream on top of the oatmeal.
  2. Garnish with cacao powder.
