  • 2 cloves of garlic (finely minced)

  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • Juice from ½ a lime

Others:

  • ½ cup water
  • ⅓ cup sundried tomato (chopped)
  • Chopped parsley
